My name is Lauri, I am a 50 something working wife & mother and I am finally paying attention to myself for a change. I ultimately think that any changes I make - mentally, physically, spiritually, are only going to trickle down and benefit my family.It is my intention to get in the best shape possible.. whatever that means for me and my body type. I have a vibrant daughter who inspires me and I want to be healthy & fit for her..
