what does your typical day look like? I am naturally curious and am always interested in how people eat. My coworker eats crackers all day long... i rarely see her eat a balanced meal at lunch or breakfast. Another coworker eats fast food all the time.

I really need to eat more fruit? I love berries & melon when they are in season and bananas... but i don't find myself reaching for fruit to snack on as much as I should.

Being 100% accountable on my fitness pal really helps keep me in line.
