Hey

Long overdue check in:

I got a little doughy over the holidays and am at 140. Back on track with My Fitness pal and I need to start working out. Its a little more difficult to squeeze in workouts with my long commute. I went from a 15 min commute to over an hour commute. I am not longer down the road from the Y. I have no excuse, I moved the elliptical from the unheated garage and its in my bedroom. I am choosing sleep over my workout.

so here we go... trying to get back on track... i'm 50 now and its important to be healthy.
