Day so far

Day three- I will probably have grilled chicken breast and steamed broccoli and a cheddar string cheese for dinner

So far night are the hardest - I crave something sweet- I got some yogi tea that has a sweet taste to curb my cravings. I had a major sweet tooth and would often eat fat free things like red licorice and fat free pudding that was loaded with sugar.
