injuries

After working out 5 days a week for 10 months, there is bound to be some recoup & recovery now & then. I have nursed a handful of injuries.. most from not stretching enough, over stretching  or pushing it with weights. Today my ankle feels funny, like I over stretched the muscles yesterday. Last week I was stacking weights for my military presses which compromised my grip and I was quite sore in my forearms

There is the normal healthy sore from a good workout and then there is the pain and knowing I did to much. It's hard because I know I need to go up in weights to continue to challenge myself, but you have to take baby-steps.
